Return & Replacement Policy:

  1. Should you encounter any defective or damaged products within 7 business days of receiving your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ll swiftly arrange for a replacement.

  2. For any under-warranty doors or drawer fronts exhibiting cracks on the frame or central panel, we’ll happily replace them at no additional cost to you.

  3. Additionally, if you find any cracks at the corner joints of under-warranty doors or drawer fronts post-installation, simply return them to our warehouse. We’ll undertake the necessary repairs promptly, with no charge to you.

Please note the following situation will not be valid for an free Return or Replacement

1. Doors with handles installed or with pre-drilled holes.
2. Assembled cabinets.
3. Open-boxed items.
4. Items that are not in their original packaging.
5. Items with missing parts or accessories.

Returns resulting from factors beyond our control will be accepted with a RESTOCKING FEE, such as items mistakenly included in the order list we received from the client, wrong color or size ordered, etc. However, please ensure that the product is in its sealed original packaging and has not been opened.
